Colin Souza

Colin Souza serves as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of Worthington Enterprises.

Souza joined the company in 2011 and has held numerous finance and strategy leadership roles throughout his tenure, helping advance the company’s transformation, strengthen financial performance and support long-term shareholder value creation. In 2023, Souza led the project management office for Worthington 2024, the strategic initiative to separate the Steel Processing business and create two standalone public companies. Following the successful completion of the separation on December 1, 2023, he became vice president of finance, with responsibility for financial planning and analysis, corporate development and M&A. In this role, he helped shape the company’s financial and portfolio strategy and supported the disciplined deployment of capital toward its highest-return opportunities.

Souza became chief financial officer in November 2024. In this role, he leads the company’s finance organization and partners with business leaders to drive profitable growth, strengthen financial performance and cash generation, and enhance returns. He also plays a key role in enterprise strategy, financial planning and performance management, investor engagement and the company’s disciplined approach to capital allocation. Throughout his career at Worthington, Souza has helped strengthen the company’s financial capabilities and supported significant strategic actions to position Worthington Enterprises for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Souza earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University. He is a designated Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
