Justin Edgar

Justin Edgar is vice president of manufacturing and supply chain. He oversees operations for the Consumer Products business segment and is responsible for ensuring efficiency and productivity across the company’s supply chain.

Edgar began his career in the manufacturing industry in 1994 as an operations supervisor with Dietrich Metal Framing in Warren, Ohio. As a member of the operations trainee program, he became processing superintendent in Warren before moving to Hammond, Indiana, in 1996 to be plant superintendent. This was the same year Worthington Enterprises (known as Worthington Industries at the time) acquired Deitrich. In 2002, Edgar relocated to Hawaii to be plant manager for the Kapolei facility. Three years later, he transitioned to Worthington Armstrong Venture (WAVE), a joint venture, to be general manager of the Las Vegas, Nevada, facility. He extended his responsibilities to include the Shanghai, China, facility in 2010. In 2012, Edgar transferred to Michigan to oversee three facilities as operations manager for Worthington Specialty Processing before earning the general manager role in 2015. Two years later, he relocated to the company headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, to be director of operations for the Consumer Products business segment. He became vice president of operations in 2021.

Edgar serves as executive co-chair of the HONOR employee resource group for military veterans and their families. In October 2025, he participated as an Honor Flight guardian for two veterans.

Prior to Worthington Enterprises, Edgar worked in hospitality leadership where he gained fundamental management and customer-centric skills.

Edgar and his wife, Beth, reside in Sunbury, Ohio, and enjoy spending time with their two adult children.
